Infrastructure
Infraexa operates its servers in colocation and dedicated hosting facilities provided by the following operator:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany: data-centre operation, hardware, power and network connectivity for servers located in Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki, and storage for encrypted backups.
Business operations
The following providers process limited personal data of customer contacts:
- Vercel Inc. (EU hosting of this website and cookieless analytics)
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payment processing and invoicing, from Phase 2)
- Resend Inc. (transactional email)
Changes
Customers under a data processing agreement receive 30 days notice of changes to this list.
