Infraexa runs dedicated servers for teams who have better things to do than run servers.
We are an operations company that happens to supply hardware, not a hosting company that offers support. The difference shows in what is included and in who answers.
How we work.
- One party accountable
- You should never be told that the hardware is fine and the problem is yours, or the reverse. Infraexa owns the server, the operating system, the monitoring, the backups and the response. If it is on the invoice, it is our problem.
- Not the cheapest server
- Wholesale providers sell hardware for less, and we say so on the comparison page. We sell the hardware plus everything that turns it into production infrastructure, and we price it below what that costs to assemble yourself.
- Humans decide, Exa helps
- Exa makes our engineers faster and gives you answers at three in the morning. It does not change your systems on its own. Every change is proposed, approved by a person and logged.
- Evidence over assurance
- Restore tests produce reports. Patches produce change-log entries. Incidents produce write-ups. When you need to prove something to a customer or an auditor, the proof already exists.
- EU by default
- Servers in Germany and Finland, backups in the EU, telemetry in the EU, engineers in the EU. Not a region setting; the only way we operate.

Backups for each server go to a different site than the server itself. Cluster 3 nodes share one site for latency; a cross-site variant is quoted separately.
