How Infraexa handles personal data of visitors, prospects and customer contacts.

1. Who we are
Infraexa is the controller for personal data processed through this website and in our customer relationships. Contact: hello@infraexa.com.
2. What we collect
Contact details you give us through the quote form or by email; account and billing details of customer contacts; technical logs needed to run and secure the services; and privacy-preserving, cookieless website analytics that do not identify you.
3. Why and on what basis
To respond to enquiries and perform contracts (contract), to secure the services and meet legal obligations (legal obligation), and to improve the website and services (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after the last contact. Customer and billing data is kept for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period for financial records.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page, all under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@infraexa.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
