Acceptable use policy

What may and may not run on Infraexa infrastructure.

Pending legal review. This document describes how Infraexa intends to operate and will be finalised by counsel before customer signature.

1. Lawful use

You may use the services only for lawful purposes under the law of the Netherlands, the country where the server is located and the countries you serve.

2. Prohibited

The following are not permitted on Infraexa infrastructure:

  • Unsolicited bulk email or messaging
  • Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning of third parties or unauthorised access attempts
  • Hosting malware, phishing or material that infringes intellectual property
  • Content that is illegal in the Netherlands or the server's country
  • Cryptocurrency mining except where agreed in writing
  • Reselling raw capacity without an agreement

3. Resource use

Packages are dedicated; you may use the full hardware. Outbound traffic beyond the included allowance is billed as published. Sustained abuse of the network that affects other customers may be rate-limited after notice.

4. Enforcement

Infraexa will notify you of a suspected violation and give reasonable time to remedy it, except where immediate action is needed to protect others or comply with the law.
